About Ronin Dynamics

Started by engineers who were tired of waiting on someone else's fleet.

Our story

From a warehouse pilot to a national network.

Ronin Dynamics was founded by a small team of robotics and logistics engineers who had spent years building delivery automation inside larger companies, watching good ideas get stuck behind someone else's roadmap. We started with a single pilot route in 2019, running three vehicles out of a rented warehouse bay overnight. Today the same routing engine we hand-wrote for that pilot, Tatami Fleet OS, coordinates fleets across more than a hundred metro deployments.

We still run our own operations desk. We still write our own fleet software. And we still think the best way to earn trust in autonomous logistics is to be boring, careful, and slightly paranoid about every system we ship.

Leadership

A small team, on purpose.

Hiro Ishikawa

Co-Founder & CEO. Previously led routing infrastructure at a national parcel carrier before starting Ronin Dynamics in 2019.

Saeko Mori

Co-Founder & CTO. Built the first version of Tatami Fleet OS and still reviews every major release before it reaches a live fleet.

Daniel Osei

VP of Operations. Runs the 24/7 fleet desk and our partner integrations, including support and ticketing tooling used company-wide.

How we work

Ship carefully. Retire nothing quietly.

Every internal tool we build eventually gets replaced by a better one. When that happens we try to decommission the old one properly — but we're a small team, and we know better than most that "we'll clean that up later" is how legacy code ends up living longer than anyone planned.
