The fleet, the software, and the network behind it.

Hardware

Kestrel-Class Vehicles

Our sidewalk and curbside delivery units are built for unattended, all-weather operation. Each vehicle ships with redundant navigation sensors, a locked cargo bay released only by the recipient's one-time code, and a direct link back to Tatami Fleet OS for live rerouting.

Kestrel-1

Sidewalk Courier

Compact last-50-meter delivery for dense residential blocks.

Kestrel-3

Curbside Hauler

Higher payload class for commercial and multi-stop routes.

Kestrel-X

Cold Chain

Temperature-controlled bay for pharmacy and grocery partners.

Software

Tatami Fleet OS

Tatami is the routing and dispatch layer every Kestrel vehicle reports to. It plans multi-stop routes in real time, hands vehicles off between charging bays, and gives our operations desk a live map of every unit in the field. Partner logistics teams get a read-only version of the same dashboard through our API.

What it does

Route planning, live rerouting around road closures, battery and payload monitoring, and delivery-window prediction, all from a single operator view built for our internal fleet team.

How partners connect

Enterprise partners integrate through our REST API. Support and account questions from partners are routed through our helpdesk widget, which is backed by ScrollMail, our ticketing provider, on every partner-facing page.

Operations network

People are still watching.

Autonomy doesn't mean unattended. Every vehicle is monitored by our 24/7 operations desk, and every partner support request — routed through ScrollMail — reaches a real person, usually within the hour.
